In this blog, we will present various transportation options, including public transport, train, highway, and alternative routes.

1. Public Transport from Belgrade

If you’re coming from Belgrade, the easiest way to reach Camping Serbia Belgrade is by using public transportation. There are several options depending on your location in the city. Public transport in Belgrade is completely free for all passengers.

Bus lines to the campsite:

  • Direct line: Bus number 503 (Route: Vozdovac – Resnik), with departures usually twice an hour. The stop to get off is “Dugo Polje,” and from there, it’s just a short walk to the campsite towards Resnik.
  • Line with transfer: Take bus lines 47 or 48 towards Resnik, then transfer to bus 503 (Route: Resnik – Vozdovac). Get off at “Dugo Polje” and walk a few minutes.
  • Line with transfer: Buses 402, 403, 405, 450, 451, 466, 470, 491 in the direction of places near Avala. Get off at the “Kružni Put” stop and walk about 20 minutes or transfer to bus 503 towards “Dugo Polje” (the first stop after the one where you got on).

Taxi or Car-sharing: If you prefer a quicker and more comfortable option, you can take a taxi or use car-sharing services such as CarGo. The price will depend on your location in Belgrade and traffic conditions, but it usually ranges from 20 to 30 euros.

2. Train from Belgrade

The BG Voz Line 2 (Direction: Ovča – Resnik) will take you to the Resnik station, where you can transfer to bus number 503 heading towards Vozdovac.

3. Highway and Driving by Car or Camper

If you’re coming from other parts of Serbia or abroad, the fastest and most efficient way to reach the campsite is via the highway. Camping Serbia Belgrade is located near Belgrade, so driving from other cities is straightforward, and the highway is well-connected. The exit from the beltway, which is part of the highway, is just 3 minutes away from our campsite.

From Belgrade: If you’re coming from Belgrade, you can take the E-75 highway, the main route connecting Belgrade with other parts of Serbia. As you approach Belgrade, follow the signs for the exit towards Camping Serbia Belgrade.

From other cities: If you’re coming from Novi Sad, Niš, Subotica, or other cities, use the main highways leading to Belgrade, such as E-75 and E-70. After that, follow the signs for entering Belgrade and then head towards the campsite.

4. Other Roads and Alternative Routes

In addition to the highway, there are alternative routes that might be useful if you want to avoid traffic jams on the main roads. Roads leading to Belgrade and nearby areas, such as local roads towards neighborhoods like Resnik, Avala, Rakovica, Rakovica Village, or the Avala Tower, can be a good alternative.

Local Roads: If you’re traveling from smaller towns or want to avoid highway traffic, you can use local roads leading to Belgrade. It’s advisable to use GPS navigation or mobile apps to plan your route, ensuring you choose the fastest path to your destination.

Driving Tips: Beograd is a large city, and like other cities, it experiences traffic jams during peak hours. Morning traffic is usually from 7 AM to 9 AM, while evening traffic peaks from 3 PM to 6 PM.
